Regulations and planning for Skills and Stripes 2024
(note any changes)

Participation:

• Skills and Stripes is a Catch and Release predator fishing competition that is fished from the boat.
• The participants do not have to qualify for participation in this competition.
• All participants fish with exactly the same equipment (lures) that will be provided by the organisation.

 
Parcours:

• The Haringvliet and Hollands diep.

Location:

• Eatery, Restaurant De Hoezemoos, Schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel
• Saturday 16-03-2024 is the day of the competition, the alternate date is a week later, 23-03-2024.

 Program:

• 06:00 (starting from) registration and collection of tackle boxes, boat stickers, goody bags, and measuring boards.
• If there are trackers, issue them as well and pay a €100 deposit for the tracker and measuring board.
• Lastly, before trailering, have the boat inspection, then trailer and wait on the water until the control boats take them to the start location.
• 08:30 - Start of the competition.
• 16:00 - End of the competition.
• After the competition, all teams to Hoezemoos at Schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel.
• At Hoezemoos return trackers and measuring boards and get the deposit back.
• 18:00 - Dinner/buffet.
• 19:00 - Award ceremony.
• 21:00 - End of the event.

 Catch Picture Release:

• The Skills and Stripes competition is based on Catch Picture Release.
• Every team needs to catch each perch by themselves.
• When a perch is caught, a participant of the team must photograph the perch on a measuring board provided by the organisation.
• After photographing, the fish must be returned immediately and alive.

Photographing and forwarding the catch photos:

• Your phone must have the latest iOS or Androidsoftware update!
• During the match day, the photos can only be delivered via the Skills and Stripes Scoring app.
• If back-up photos are required, a team can deliver these within 1 hour after the end of the competition. No more photos will be processed after the 60 minutes mark.
• Digital camera photos can be delivered back to the organisation as a backup directly after the end of the competition. Photos must have a visible date and time as proof.
• Only one perch at a time per photo on the measuring board.
• Photos with perch held differently than prescribed are excluded from matchpoints.
• Photos with dead and/ or blood-stained perch are excluded from competition points.
• A perch may only be photographed from the left flank and will be held on the board by the prescribed method.
• Photos are taken in horizontal (lying) position.
• Supply a maximum of one photo per perch.
• There is no maximum number of catches that you can offer in the Scoring app. The Scoring app will select the 5 largest catches that will count towards the ranking and the rest will automatically expire.
• Each team takes care of a backup camera (empty SD-card) or smartphone for the competition.
• Each team can hand in a total of 5 backup photos. These photos can be made with a camera or mobile phone.
• The digital photos must be delivered to the organisation at the end of the contest (within 1 hour).
• All digital camera photos must have visible date and time as proof.
• Participants must keep all photos for at least 2 hours after the competition.

Measuring board and water map

• One unique measuring board and water map is provided to each team after checking the boat.
• You can only use this measuring board provided by the organisation.
• Each team pays € 25, - deposit for the measuring board and water chart.
• After returning the measuring board and water card, the team will receive the deposit amount.
• Deposit distribution Measuring board € 20 water card € 5.

 Disciplines:

• You can fish with a maximum of one rod per person.
• There is a written exemption to have more than 2 rigged rods per participant at hand.
• Only the lures provided by the organisation are fished during the competition.
• It is forbidden to fish with more than one lure per rod.
• It is forbidden to use lures other than on a fishing rod.
  
• It is not allowed to have other lures on board than the lures provided by the organization.
  
• Multiple hook systems such as: paternosters, hook constructions, etc are not allowed.
• The following fishing methods are allowed: casting fishing with the use of an electric motor.
• Fishing with deadbait, live bait, parts of bait fish or other forms of natural bait are not permitted during the competition.
• It is forbidden to troll during the competition nor is the use of planner boards allowed.
• It is forbidden to attach external (fish) lines/ hook systems to the boat in general.
• The use of downriggers is also not permitted.

 Match behaviors:

• Participants comply with the inland fishing regulations at all times.
• A team consists of 2 participants per boat.
• The competition will be fished in one day (16/3/2023).
• Before the start of the competition, all teams (with boat) will gather at the organisation at the indicated time and location. All boats will be inspected at this location.
• During the race it’s forbidden to travel outside the indicated course, or to dock your boat against another boat or to the shore.
• During the race the minimum distance between (fishing) boats is 100 meters.
• You will only fish within the indicated course. (SAS-water card)
• In case of bad weather forecasts, the organisation could decide to fish an alternative program (extreme case cancellation competition day).
• The organisation may decide to stop earlier or during the competition day. The organisation then determines whether this lost fishing time will be fished at another moment or will be lost.

Scoring:

• The points are earned as a team.
• You must catch 5 perch for the final classification. A team with "5 perch" will win against teams who do not complete their 5 perch, regardless of whether the captured perch of these teams are bigger in total cm.
• The points are determined by the length of the Perch. (1 point per centimeter)
  
• When you have caught the 5 perch as a team, you will receive 1000 bonus points.
  
• Centimeters are completely rounded (32.4 cm <= 32 cm/ 32.5 cm> = 33 cm
• The 3 largest perch count for the final classification.
• Fish below the minimum size must be returned immediately & alive.
• Perch: minimum size: 30 cm
• The Skills and Stripes final ranking overview will always be leading.

Ranking of the fish species:

• You must catch at least 5 perch to be included in the classification.
• At equal numbers & centimeters, the total of the three largest perch will count towards the win, if these are equal the two largest will count towards the win, If these are equal the time of the 3th caught perch counting towards your total score will count towards the win.

 Behaviour, prohibitions and obligations:

• Participants who are in possession of a ‘fast’ fishing boat must be in possession of a valid boating license and must be at least 18 years old.
• It is forbidden to fish in the areas that are in violation of Dutch legislation during the race.
• It is forbidden to change participant and / or couple during the match (without consultation of the organisation).
• It is forbidden to kill and / or take fish during the race.
• It is forbidden to lure fish with any kind of livebait/berley/groundbait before and during the competition.
• It is forbidden to let third-partys lure fish using any kind of livebait, berley or groundbait.
• It is forbidden to keep fish before and during the competition in any type of way such as: stringers, livewell or keepnet.
• It is forbidden to use lip grippers during the competition.
• It is forbidden to deposit waste in the water during the match (and remaining days).
• At least one pair of cutting pliers and unhooking pliers must be present per boat.
• The participating fishing boats must be legally inspected and equipped (boat registration number) in accordance with the statutory (Dutch) regulations. (See Inland Navigation Police Regulations 2013)
• It is mandatory to wear a life jacket when standing/ boating.
• It is forbidden to go faster than 20 km per hour outside the main water.
• It is forbidden to go within a range of 150 meters from local fishermen, or other third parties during the race.

Safety:

• A participating fishing boat must be suitable for boating / fishing on large water.
• Each participant must have a swimming certificate.
• One life jacket per passenger. It is mandatory to visibly wear a life jacket. Not wearing a life jacket will lead to immediate disqualification.
• At least one first aid kit per boat.
• At least one liter of water per boat.
• At least one set of spare clothing per boat. (Falling overboard)
• At least one filled reserve fuel tank per boat.
• At least one mobile phone per boat. (Emergencies)
• An anchor + rope per boat. (Emergency and/ or broken engine)
• You must be in possession of the telephone number head of organisation.

• It is forbidden to anchor in the fairway / high-speed areas.

Boat control:

• The organisation maintains an overall boat check prior to the race. After approval, the "unique sticker" is provided.
• The organisation reserves the right to monitor the aforementoined obligations and safety aspects continuously and without restrictions.
• The organisation will wear the Skills and Stripes safety vest.

Liability:

• Participation in Skills and Stripes is entirely based on own risk.
• You must comply with all Dutch statutory regulations at all times. This applies both before, during and after the game.
• You must insure yourself against loss, theft, damage to property, accidents, etc.
• Payments made on invoices that have already been made will not be returned and must therefore be recovered from any cancellation insurance.

Medical assistance:

• You must insure yourself for illness, medical assistance and accidents.
• In the case of accidents and illness, you must report to a (local) doctor.
• In the event of an emergency call the international emergency number: 112
• For small injuries you can always report to the organisation.

Disqualification:

• In case of non-compliance and / or follow-up of the set rules, disqualification will automatically follow.
• If a caught perch dies, for obvious reasons of careless action by the participants, disqualification will follow automatically.
• Speeding in the zones on the Haringvliet will automatically lead to disqualifications. This will be strictly enforced.
• Participants who arrive after the starting signal will receive a penatly. If it’s within the first hour of the competition, the first caught 30cm+ perch will be excluded from scoring. If a team arrivesmore than one hour after the starting signal, total disqualification will follow.
• In case of a forfeit before or on the competition day of one participant of the couple (sickness, etc) the team is excluded from participation in the competition.
• In the event of careless handling a caught perch, full disqualification will automatically follow.
• In case of misconduct such as fights, inconvenient drunkenness, vandalism, etc., there will automatically be complete disqualification and exclusion from further participation.
• If participating boats meet within a radius of 50 meters, both boats receive a yellow card with 2 yellow cards, the team is disqualified.
• When fishing with different lures than the package obtained from the organisation, the entire disqualification automatically follows.
• Disqualification automatically follows when fishing with dead, living or parts of bait fish or other forms of natural bait.
• Luring fish with any type of livebait, groundbait or berley during or before the competition will result in full disqualification.
• When fishing outside the commissioned course, the team receives a yellow card and loses its last caught Baars, if caught a second time disqualification will follow.
• When participants disembark, the entire disqualification automatically follows.
• If the organisation has to act ‘in case of emergency’ due to mistakes made by the team such as: empty fuel tank, etc. disqualification will follow.
• Disqualification of a team is exclusively determined by the organisation.
• If you think you have to violate the regulations, you must always inform the organisation (by phone), in order to avoid disqualification.
• The regulations may only be deviated in consultation with / or in the presence of the organisation.

 Guidelines by license provider Sportvisserij Zuidwest Nederland:

• The competition course must be left clean afterwards.
• Communicate the competition course on time and clearly for ‘non contestants’.
• Carefully handle the caught fish.
• The organisation monitors nuisance by third parties.
• Instructions given by the organisation must be followed immediately.
• No waste may be left on the race course.
• It is forbidden to inflict damage on or around the race course.
• If the above points are not observed, the participant (s) will be excluded from further participation and any damage will be recovered.
• The official document (permit) with all the behaviors and provisions is available for inspection at the organisation.

 For approval:

• The organisation of Skills and Stripes can not be held liable for malfunctions (software - internet) of your mobile device. Participants are obliged to keep all race photos for at least 2 hours after the last race day in order to allow the organisation to determine the final result.
• The participant must agree with all the provisions in these regulations.
• If you participate in Skills and Stripes, you automatically agree with the regulations.
• When signing up you must sign that you agree with the regulations.
• If you do not agree with the set rules, you are not allowed to participate in Skills and Stripes.
• Participants who act maliciously in violation of the regulations and / or fraud or cheating are excluded for all (future) matches of Skills and Stripes.
• By recognizing, signing and agreeing to all conditions & regulations, the organisation can not be held liable as such.

Regelement en planning for Skills and Stripes 2024
(note any changes)

Deelname:

• Skills and Stripes is een CR-roofviswedstrijd welke gevist wordt vanuit de boot.
• De deelnemers hoeven zich niet te kwalificeren voor deelname aan deze wedstrijd.
• Alle deelnemers vissen met exact dezelfde uitrusting (kunstaas) welke verstrekt zullen worden door de organisatie.

Parcours:

• Het gehele Haringvliet en het Hollands diep van dam tot brug.

Hoofdkwartier:

• Eetcafe, Restauarant De Hoezemoos, Schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel
• Zaterdag 16-03-2024 is de dag van de wedstrijd de uitwijk datum is een week later 23-03-2024.

Programma:

• 06.00 (vanaf) inschrijven en in ontvangst nemen tackle boxen, bootstickers, goodybag en meetplank
• als er trackers zijn deze ook uitreiken en €100,= borg betalen voor tracker en meetplank.
• als laatste voor het traileren de boot controle dan traileren en op het water wachten tot de controle boten hen meenemen naar de start locatie.
• 08.30 - Aanvangwedstrijd
• 16.00 - Einde wedstrijd
• Na de wedstrijd alle teams naar de hoezemoos schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel
• Bij de Hoezemoos trackers en meetplank inleveren en borg retour
• 18.00 - Eten/buffet
• 19.00 - Prijsuitreiking
• 21.00 - einde evenement

CPR:

• De wedstrijd Skills and Stripes is op basis van Catch Picture Release.
• Het team dient de Baarzen zelf te vangen.
• Aansluitend dient een deelnemer van het team de Baars te fotograferen op een door de organisatie verstrekte meetplank.
• Na het fotograferen dient de roofvis direct en levend te worden teruggezet.

Fotograferen en doorsturen van de vangstfoto’s:

• Uw telefoon dient te beschikken over de laatste IOS of Android software update!
• Gedurende de wedstrijddag worden de foto's uitsluitend aangeleverd via de Skills and Stripes Scoring-app.
• Indien er back-up foto's nodig zijn kan het team deze aanleveren binnen 1 uur na einde wedstrijd. Na de gestelde 60 minuten worden er geen foto´s meer in behandeling genomen.
• Digitale camera foto's kunnen als back-up direct na afloop van de wedstrijd aangeleverd worden bij de organisatie. Foto´s dienen voorzien te zijn van datum en tijd.
• Maximaal één Baars per foto op de meetplank.
• Foto's met Baarzen anders vastgehouden dan voorgeschreven worden uitgesloten van wedstrijdpunten.
• Foto's met dode en/of met bloed besmeurde Baarzen worden uitgesloten van wedstrijdpunten.
• De Baars mag uitsluitend van de linkerzijde gefotografeerd worden waarbij de Baars uitsluitend d.m.v. de voorgeschreven methode op de meetplank wordt gehouden.
• Foto's worden gemaakt in horizontale (liggende) positie.
• Maximaal één foto per Baars aanleveren.
• Er is geen maximaal aantal vangsten dat je kunt aanbieden in de Scoring-app.  De Scoring-app zal zelf de 5 grootst aangeleverde vangsten selecteren welke zullen mee tellen voor het klassement en de rest vervalt automatisch.
• Ieder koppel draagt zelf zorg voor een back-up camera (lege SD kaart)/ smartphone voor de gehele wedstrijd.
• U kunt in totaal 5 back-up foto’s nemen/aanleveren. Deze foto's kunnen gemaakt worden met camera.
• De digitale foto’s dienen na afloop van de wedstrijd (binnen 1 uur) aangeleverd te worden bij de organisatie.
• De digitale camera foto's dienen voorzien te zijn van datum en tijd.
• Deelnemers dienen alle foto´s tot minimaal 2 uur na de wedstrijd te bewaren.

Meetplank en waterkaart

• Eén unieke meetplank en waterkaart wordt na controle van de boot per koppel verstrekt.
• U dient verplicht gebruik te maken van deze door de organisatie verstrekte meetplank.
• U betaalt € 25,- borg voor de meetplank en waterkaart.
• Na inlevering van de meetplank en waterkaart krijgt u het borg bedrag retour.
• Borg verdeling Meetplank €20 waterkaart €5.

Disciplines:

• Er mag met maximaal één hengel per persoon gevist worden.
• Er is een schriftelijke ontheffing om meer dan 2 opgetuigde hengels per deelnemer voor handen te hebben.
• Er wordt uitsluitend met het door de organisatie vergeven kunstaas gevist tijdens de wedstrijd.
• Het is niet toegestaan om ander kunstaas dan het door de organisatie verstrekte kunstaas aan boord te hebben.
• Het is verboden om met meer dan één stuks kunstaas per hengel te vissen.
• Het is verboden om kunstaas te gebruiken anders dan aan een hengel.
• Meervoudige haaksystemen zoals: paternosters, haak constructies, etc zijn niet toegestaan.
• De volgende manieren van vissen zijn toegestaan: werpend vissen met gebruik van elektromotor
• Het vissen met dode, levende of delen van aasvissen of andere vormen van natuurlijk aas zijn niet toegestaan tijdens de wedstrijd.
• Het is verboden om te trollen tijdens de wedstrijd ook is het gebruik van plannerboards niet toegestaan.
• Het is verboden om externe (vis)lijnen / haaksystemen te bevestigen aan de boot in het algemeen.
• Ook het gebruik van downriggers is niet toegestaan.

Wedstrijd gedragingen:

• Deelnemers houden zich ten alle tijden aan het reglement binnenvisserij.
• Eén koppel bestaat uit 2 deelnemers per boot.
• De wedstrijd wordt gevist op één dag (16-3-2023).
• Voor aanvang van de wedstrijd verzamelen de koppels (met boot) zich bij de organisatie op de aangegeven tijd en locatie. Hier volgt een totale boot inspectie.
• Het is tijdens de wedstrijd verboden zich buiten het aangegeven parcours te begeven, bij een andere boot en/of de kant aan te leggen.
• Tijdens de wedstrijd is de minimale afstand tussen (vis) boten 100 meter.
• Er wordt uitsluitend gevist in het aangegeven parcours. (SAS waterkaart)
• Bij slechte weersvoorspellingen bepaalt de organisatie ter plekke een alternatief programma (uiterst geval annulering wedstrijddag).
• De organisatie kan voor of tijdens de wedstrijddag besluiten eerder te stoppen. De organisatie bepaalt dan of deze vistijd wordt ingehaald of niet.

Puntentelling:

• De punten worden verdiend als koppel/team.
• U dient 5 baarzen te vangen voor het eindklassement. De teams met "5 Baarzen" winnen altijd van teams die hun 5 Baarzen niet compleet hebben ongeacht of de gevangen Baarzen van die teams groter zijn.
• Wanneer je als team de 5 baarzen gevangen hebt ontvang je 1000 bonuspunten.
• De punten worden bepaald door de lengte van de Baars. (1 punt per centimeter)
• Centimeters worden op een heel afgerond (32,4cm< = 32cm / 32,5cm> = 33cm
• De 5 grootste baarzen tellen voor het eindklassement.
• Vissen onder de minimum maat dienen direct & levend te worden teruggezet.
• Baars: minimum maat: 30 cm
• Het Skills and Stripes eindklassementsoverzicht zal altijd leidend zijn.  

Ranking van de vissoorten:

• U dient minimaal 5 baarzen te vangen om in het klassement opgenomen te kunnen worden.
• Bij gelijke aantallen & centimeters tellen eerst de drie grootste baarzen, al volgens de 4de en opvolgend de 5de Baars.

Gedragingen, verboden en verplichtingen:

• Deelnemers die in het bezit zijn van een "snelle" visboot dienen in het bezit te zijn van een geldig vaarbewijs en minimaal 18 jaar oud te zijn.
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd in de gebieden te vissen die in strijd zijn met de Nederlandse wetgeving.
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd (zonder overleg organisatie) van deelnemer en/of koppel te wisselen.
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd vissen te doden en/of mee te nemen.
• Het is verboden om zowel voor als tijdens de wedstrijd lok voederen / natuurlijke aassoorten te gebruiken (voeren) om de vis te lokken.
• Het is verboden om door derden lok voederen / natuurlijke aassoorten te laten gebruiken (voeren) om de vis te lokken naar stekken t.b.v. deelnemers.
• Het is verboden om voor & tijdens de wedstrijd vissen te bewaren middels stringers, visbunnen, bewaarzakken en/of leefnetten.
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd gebruik te maken van lip grippers.
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd (en resterende dagen) afval in het water te deponeren.
• Per boot moet minimaal één kniptang en één onthaaktang aanwezig zijn.
• De deelnemende visboten dienen wettelijk gekeurd en uitgerust (boot registratie nummer) te zijn conform de wettelijke (Nederlandse) regelgeving. (Zie Binnenvaartpolitiereglement 2013)
• Het is verplicht om tijdens het staand varen/vissen een reddingsvest te dragen.
• Het is verboden om buiten het hoofdwater harder te varen dan 20 km per uur.
• Het is verboden om zich tijdens de wedstrijd binnen een bereik van 150 meter van lokale vissers, watersporters en / of derden te begeven.

Veiligheid:

• De deelnemende visboten dienen geschikt te zijn om in te kunnen varen/vissen op groot water.
• Iedere deelnemer dient in het bezit te zijn van een zwemdiploma.
• Per opvarende één zwemvest. Het is verplicht een zwemvest zichtbaar te dragen. Het niet dragen van een zwemvest leidt per direct tot diskwalificatie.
• Per boot minimaal één verbanddoos.
• Per boot minimaal één liter water.
• Per boot minimaal één set reserve kleding. (Overboord vallen)
• Per boot minimaal één gevulde reserve brandstoftank.
• Per boot minimaal één GSM. (Noodsituaties)
• Per boot een anker + touw. (Noodsituaties en/of kapotte motor)
• U dient in het bezit te zijn van het telefoonnummer hoofd organisatie.

• Verboden te ankeren in de vaargeul/ bevaarbare zones.

Bootcontrole:

• De organisatie houdt voorafgaand aan de wedstrijd een algehele boot controle. Na akkoord wordt de "unieke sticker" verstrekt.
• De organisatie houdt zich het recht voor om bovengenoemde verplichtingen en veiligheid aspecten continue en zonder beperkingen te controleren.
• Controleurs dragen de Skills and Stripes veiligheid hesje.

Aansprakelijkheid:

• Deelname aan Skills and Stripes geschiedt geheel op basis van eigen risico.
• U dient zich te allen tijde aan alle Nederlandse wettelijke regelgeving te houden. Dit geldt zowel voor, tijdens als na de wedstrijd.
• U dient zich te verzekeren voor verlies, diefstal, beschadiging van eigendommen, ongelukken, etc.
• Reeds gedane (aan)betalingen op facturen worden niet retour gegeven en dienen derhalve op een eventuele annuleringsverzekering verhaald te worden.

Medische hulp:

• U dient zich te verzekeren voor ziekte, medische hulp en ongevallen.
• Bij ongelukken en ziekte dient u zichzelf te melden bij een (lokale) arts.
• Bij nood belt u het internationale noodnummer: 112
• Voor kleine kwetsuren kunt u zich te allen tijde melden bij de organisatie.

Diskwalificatie:

• Bij niet naleven en/of opvolgen van de gestelde reglementen volgt automatisch diskwalificatie.
• Indien gevangen Baars komt te overlijden, door aanwijsbare redenen van onzorgvuldig handelen door de deelnemers, volgt automatisch diskwalificatie.
• Het te hard varen in de zones op het Haringvliet leidt automatisch tot diskwalificaties. Hierop zal streng worden gehandhaafd.
• Deelnemers die te laat arriveren voor aanvang wedstrijd, krijgen binnen het eerste uur een penalty waarbij de eerst gevangen maatse baars komt te vervallen voor de puntentelling bij het later arriveren dan een uur geld algehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het uitvallen voor of op de wedstrijddag van één deelnemer van het koppel (ziekte, etc) wordt het team uitgesloten van deelname wedstrijd.
• Bij moedwillig en onzorgvuldig handelend optreden bij de gevangen Baarzen volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij wangedrag als vechtpartijen, hinderlijke dronkenschap, vernielingen, etc. volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie en uitsluiting van verdere deelname.
• Als deelnemende boten binnen een straal van 50 meter bij elkaar komen ontvangt de naderende boot een gele kaart, bij 2 gele kaarten wordt een team gediskwalificeerd.
• Bij het vissen met ander kunstaas dan het verkregen pakket van de organisatie volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het vissen met dode, levende of delen van aasvissen of andere vormen van natuurlijk aas volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het voeren van alle soorten lok voederen voor of tijdens de wedstrijd volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het vissen buiten het opgedragen parcours ontvangt het team een gele kaart en verliest zijn laatst gevangen Baars, bij een tweede keer volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het aan land gaan van deelnemer(s) volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Indien de organisatie in actie moet komen bij "noodgevallen" door eigenschuld van het koppel (lege brandstoftank, etc.) volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Diskwalificatie van deelnemers en/of koppels wordt uitsluitend bepaald door de organisatie.
• Indien u de reglementen denkt te moeten overtreden dient u te allen tijde de organisatie (mondeling c.q. telefonisch) op de hoogte te stellen, ter voorkomen van diskwalificatie.
• Er mag alleen worden afgeweken van de reglementen in samenspraak en/of in bijzijn van de organisatie.

Richtlijnen t.a.v. vergunningverlener Sportvisserij Zuidwest Nederland:

• Het wedstrijdparcours dient na afloop schoon te worden achtergelaten.
• Het wedstrijdparcours tijdig en duidelijk aangeven t.b.v. de "vrije vissers".
• Zorgvuldig omgaan met de gevangen vis.
• De organisatie waakt over overlast door derden.
• Aanwijzingen gegeven door de organisatie dienen onverwijld te worden opgevolgd.
• Aan het wedstrijdparcours mag geen afval worden achtergelaten.
• Het is verboden schade toe te brengen aan of rond het wedstrijdparcours.
• Bij niet naleven van bovengenoemde punten zal de deelnemer(s) worden uitgesloten van verdere deelname en de evt schade worden verhaald.
• Het officiële document (vergunning) met alle gedragingen en bepalingen ligt ter inzage bij de organisatie.

Voor akkoord:

• De organisatie van Skills and Stripes kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld bij disfunctioneren (software - internet) van uw mobile apparaat. Deelnemers zijn verplicht tot minimaal 2 uur na de laatste wedstrijddag alle wedstrijdfoto´s te bewaren om zodoende de organisatie de einduitslag handmatig - mondeling te kunnen laten bepalen.
• De deelnemer dient akkoord te gaan met al het gestelde in deze reglementen.
• Indien u deelneemt aan Skills and Stripes gaat uw automatisch akkoord met de reglementen.
• Bij uw inschrijving dient u te tekenen dat u akkoord gaat met de reglementen.
• Indien niet akkoord met de gestelde reglementen, volgt uitsluitsel van deelname aan Skills and Stripes.
• Deelnemers die moedwillig handelen in strijd met de reglementen en/of frauderen c.q. vals spelen worden uitgesloten voor alle (toekomstige) wedstrijden van Skills and Stripes.
• Door te erkennen, ondertekenen en akkoord te geven aan alle voorwaarden & reglementen kan de organisatie dus als zodanig niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld.

Noot: Deze reglementen zijn onderhevig aan evt. wijzigingen en/of aanpassingen. De laatste (up to date) informatie wordt gegeven op de dag voorafgaande de wedstrijddag indien deze afwijken van al het boven gestelde.
