Rules and Schedule for Skills and Stripes 2025
(note any changes)

Participation:

• Skills and Stripes is a Catch and Release predator fishing competition held from a boat.
• Participants do not need to qualify to participate in this competition.
• All participants fish with the exact same equipment (lures) provided by the organization.

Course:

• The entire Haringvliet from dam to bridge and the Hollandsdiep from the bridge to the Sassenplaat (Moerdijk island) see the course map!

Headquarters:

• Eetcafé, Restaurant De Hoezemoos, Schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel
• Saturday 15-03-2025 is the day of the competition, the alternate date is a week later, 22-03-2025.

Program:

• 00 (from) register and receive tackle boxes, boat stickers, goody bag, measuring board, and GPS tracker
• Note: €100 deposit to be paid for tracker and measuring board. (cash)
• Before launching, the boat will be checked then launch and wait on the water until the control boats guide you to the start location.
• 30 - Start of the competition
• 00 - End of the competition
• After the competition, all teams go to De Hoezemoos Schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel
• At De Hoezemoos, return trackers and measuring board and get deposit back
• 00 - Food/buffet
• 00 - Award ceremony
• 00 - End of the event

CPR:

• The Skills and Stripes competition is based on Catch Picture R
• The team must catch the perch themselves.
• Then a team member must photograph the perch on the measuring board provided by the organization.
• After photographing, the predator fish must be immediately and alive released back.

Photographing and sending catch photos:

• Your phone must have the latest IOS or Android software update! The team captain's phone number must be known to the organization, and the captain's email address must be accessible on the phone!
• During the competition day, photos are only submitted via the Skills and Stripes Scoring app
• If backup photos are needed, the team can submit them within 1 hour after the end of the competition. After the set 60 minutes, no photos will be processed.
• Digital camera photos can be submitted as backup immediately after the competition. Photos must be dated and timed.
• A maximum of one perch per photo on the measuring board.
• Photos of perch held differently than prescribed are excluded from competition points.
• Photos of dead and/or blood-stained perch are excluded from competition points.
• The perch may only be photographed from the left side, using the prescribed method on the measuring board.
• Photos are taken in a horizontal (landscape) position.
• Submit a maximum of one photo per perch.
• There is no maximum number of catches you can submit in the Scoring app. The Scoring app will automatically select the 5 largest catches for the ranking, and the rest will automatically expire.
• Each pair is responsible for a backup camera (empty SD card)/smartphone for the entire competition.
• You can take/submit a total of 5 backup photos. These photos can be taken with a camera.
• Digital photos must be submitted to the organization within 1 hour after the competition.
• Digital camera photos must be dated and timed.
• Participants must keep all photos for at least 2 hours after the competition.

Measuring board and water map

• One unique measuring board and water map are provided per pair at registration.
• You are required to use this measuring board provided by the organization.
• You pay a €100 deposit for the measuring board and water map and GPS tracker.
• After returning the measuring board and water map, you will get the deposit back.

Disciplines:

• Only one rod per person may be used for fishing.
• There is a written exemption to have more than 2 rigged rods per participant.
• Fishing is only allowed with the lures provided by the organization during the competition.
• It is not allowed to have lures other than those provided by the organization on board.
• Fishing with more than one lure per rod is prohibited.
• Fishing with lures other than on a rod is prohibited.
• Multiple hook systems such as: paternosters, hook constructions, etc. are not allowed.
• The following fishing methods are allowed: casting with the use of an electric motor
• Fishing with dead, live, or parts of baitfish or other forms of natural bait is not allowed during the competition.
• Trolling during the competition is prohibited, and the use of planer boards is not allowed.
• It is prohibited to attach external (fishing) lines/hooks to the boat in general.
• The use of downriggers is also prohibited.

Competition behaviors:

• Participants always adhere to the inland fishing regulations.
• One pair consists of 2 participants per boat.
• The competition is fished on one day, 15-3-2025 (alternate date 22-3-2025).
• Before the competition, pairs (with boat) gather at the indicated time and location for a complete boat inspection.
• During the competition, it is forbidden to go outside the designated course, to approach another boat, or to land on shore.
• During the competition, the minimum distance between (fishing) boats is 100 meters.
• Fishing is only allowed within the designated course. (SAS water map)
• In case of poor weather forecasts, the organization will determine an alternative program on-site (in extreme cases, cancellation of the competition day).
• The organization can decide before or during the competition day to stop earlier. The organization will then determine whether this fishing time will be made up or not.

Scoring:

• Points are earned as a pair/team.
• You must catch 5 perch for the final ranking. Teams with "5 Perch" always win over teams that do not have their 5 perch complete, regardless of whether the caught perch of those teams are larger.
• When you catch the 5 perch as a team, you receive 1000 bonus points.
• Points are determined by the length of the perch. (1 point per centimeter)
• The caught perch are recorded in millimeters
• The 5 largest perch count for the final ranking.
• Fish under the minimum size must be released immediately and alive.
• Perch: minimum size: 30 cm
• The Skills and Stripes final ranking overview will always be leading.

Ranking of fish species:

• You must catch at least 5 perch to be included in the ranking.
• In case of equal numbers & centimeters, the three largest perch are counted first, followed by the 4th and subsequently the 5th perch.

Behaviors, prohibitions, and obligations:

• Participants with a "fast" fishing boat must have a valid boating license and be at least 18 years old.
• It is forbidden to fish in areas that are in conflict with Dutch legislation during the competition. (locks/bridges/nature reserves)
• It is forbidden to switch participants and/or pairs during the competition (without consultation with the organization).
• It is forbidden to kill and/or take fish during the competition.
• It is forbidden to use bait feed/natural bait types (feeding) to attract fish both before and during the competition.
• It is forbidden to have third parties use bait feed/natural bait types (feeding) to attract fish to spots for the participants.
• It is forbidden to store fish using stringers, live wells, storage bags, and/or nets before and during the competition.
• It is forbidden to use lip grippers during the competition.
• It is forbidden to deposit waste in the water during the competition (and remaining days).
• At least one pair of pliers and one unhooking pliers must be present on each boat.
• Participating fishing boats must be legally inspected and equipped (boat registration number) in accordance with Dutch regulations. (See Inland Navigation Police Regulations 2013)
• It is mandatory to wear a life jacket while standing/fishing. Failure to wear a life jacket leads to immediate disqualification.
• It is forbidden to sail faster than 20 kilometers per hour on the Haringvliet. The south side of the Tiengemeenten Island has a speed limit of 9 kilometers per hour.
• It is forbidden to move against the direction of shipping traffic in the fairway. Sailing is only allowed in the direction of traffic within the fairway.
• It is forbidden to approach local fishermen, water sports enthusiasts, and/or third parties within a range of 150 meters during the competition.

Safety:

• The participating fishing boats must be suitable for sailing/fishing on large water bodies.
• Each participant must have a swimming certificate.
• One life jacket per occupant. It is mandatory to wear a life jacket visibly. Not wearing a life jacket leads to immediate disqualification.
• At least one first aid kit per boat.
• At least one liter of water per boat.
• At least one set of spare clothing per boat. (Falling overboard)
• At least one filled spare fuel tank per boat.
• At least one GSM per boat. (Emergencies)
• One anchor + rope per boat. (Emergencies and/or broken motor)
• You must have the main organization’s phone number.

• Anchoring in the fairway/navigable zones is prohibited. (spotlock)

Boat inspection:

• The organization conducts a general boat inspection before the competition.
  After approval, the "unique sticker" is provided.
• The organization reserves the right to continuously and without restrictions monitor the above-mentioned obligations and safety aspects.
• Inspectors wear the Skills and Stripes safety vest.

Liability:

• Participation in Skills and Stripes is entirely at your own risk.
• You must comply with all Dutch legal regulations at all times.
  This applies before, during, and after the competition.
• You must insure yourself against loss, theft, damage to property, accidents, etc.
• Already made (advance) payments on invoices are not refundable and should therefore be claimed on any cancellation insurance.

Medical assistance:

• You must insure yourself against illness, medical assistance, and accidents.
• In case of accidents and illness, you must report to a (local) doctor.
• In an emergency, call the international emergency number: 112
• For minor injuries, you can always report to the organization.

Disqualification:

• Failure to comply with and/or follow the regulations will automatically result in disqualification.
• If caught perch dies due to demonstrable negligence by the participants, automatic disqualification follows.
• Sailing too fast in the zones on the Haringvliet automatically leads to disqualification.
  This will be strictly enforced.
• Participants arriving late for the start of the competition will receive a penalty within the first hour whereby the first caught qualifying perch will be void for the points. Arriving later than an hour results in overall disqualification.
• If one participant of the pair drops out before or on the competition day (illness, etc.), the team is excluded from participation in the competition.
• Willful and careless handling of caught perch automatically leads to complete disqualification.
• In cases of misconduct such as fighting, disruptive drunkenness, vandalism, etc., complete disqualification and exclusion from further participation will automatically follow.
• If participating boats come within a radius of 50 meters of each other, the approaching boat receives a yellow card, with 2 yellow cards leading to team disqualification.
• Fishing with lures other than the provided package by the organization results in automatic complete disqualification.
• Fishing with dead, live, or parts of baitfish or other forms of natural bait leads to automatic complete disqualification.
• Using any type of bait feed before or during the competition results in automatic complete disqualification.
• Fishing outside the designated course results in a yellow card and loss of the last caught perch. A second offense results in automatic complete disqualification.
• Landing on shore results in automatic complete disqualification.
• If the organization has to intervene in emergencies caused by the pair (empty fuel tank, etc.), automatic complete disqualification follows.
• Disqualification of participants and/or pairs is solely determined by the organization.
• If you think you need to violate the regulations, you must always inform the organization (orally or by phone) to prevent disqualification.
• Divergence from the regulations is only allowed in consultation and/or in the presence of the organization.
• A violation of the speed limit will lead to immediate disqualification of the team.

Guidelines regarding the permit holder Sportvisserij Zuidwest Nederland:

• The competition course must be left clean after completion.
• Clearly and timely indicate the competition course for the "free anglers".
• Handle caught fish with care.
• The organization ensures there is no disturbance by third parties.
• Instructions given by the organization must be followed immediately.
• No waste may be left at the competition course.
• It is forbidden to cause damage to or around the competition course.
• Failure to comply with the above points will result in the exclusion of the participant(s) from further participation and any damage will be claimed.
• The official document (permit) with all behaviors and provisions is available for inspection by the organization.

Agreement:

• The organization of Skills and Stripes cannot be held liable for malfunctioning (software - internet) of your mobile device. Participants are required to keep all competition photos for at least 2 hours after the last competition day so that the organization can manually - orally determine the final result.
• The participant must agree to all the conditions set out in these regulations.
• If you participate in Skills and Stripes, you automatically agree to the regulations.
• Upon registration, you must sign that you agree to the regulations.
• If you do not agree with the stated regulations, exclusion from participation in Skills and Stripes follows.
• Participants who deliberately act against the regulations and/or cheat are excluded from all (future) Skills and Stripes competitions.
• By acknowledging, signing, and agreeing to all terms & regulations, the organization cannot be held liable.

Regelement en planning for Skills and Stripes 2025
(note any changes)

Deelname:

• Skills and Stripes is een Catch and Release-roofviswedstrijd welke gevist wordt vanuit de boot.
• De deelnemers hoeven zich niet te kwalificeren voor deelname aan deze wedstrijd.
• Alle deelnemers vissen met exact dezelfde uitrusting (kunstaas) welke verstrekt zullen worden door de organisatie.

Parcours:

• Het gehele Haringvliet van dam tot brug en het Hollandsdiep van de brug tot aan de Sassenplaat (Moerdijk eiland) zie de parcourskaart!

Hoofdkwartier:

• Eetcafé, Restaurant De Hoezemoos, Schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel
• Zaterdag 15-03-2025 is de dag van de wedstrijd de uitwijk datum is een week later 22-03-2025.

Programma:

• 00 (vanaf) inschrijven en in ontvangst nemen tackle boxen, bootstickers, goody bag, meetplank en gps tracker
• let op €100,= borg betalen voor tracker en meetplank. (cash)
• Als laatste voor het traileren de boot controle dan traileren en op het water wachten tot de controleboten u begeleid naar de start locatie.
• 30 - Aanvang wedstrijd
• 00 - Einde wedstrijd
• Na de wedstrijd alle teams naar de Hoezemoos schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel
• Bij de Hoezemoos trackers en meetplank inleveren en borg retour
• 00 - Eten/buffet
• 00 - Prijsuitreiking
• 00 - einde evenement

CPR:

• De wedstrijd Skills and Stripes is op basis van Catch Picture R
• Het team dient de Baarzen zelf te vangen.
• Aansluitend dient een deelnemer van het team de Baars te fotograferen op een door de organisatie verstrekte meetplank.
• Na het fotograferen dient de roofvis direct en levend te worden teruggezet.

Fotograferen en doorsturen van de vangstfoto’s:

• Uw telefoon dient te beschikken over de laatste IOS of Android software update! Het telefoon nummer van de team captain dient bekend te zijn bij de organisatie, het E-mail adres van de captain moet op de telefoon te openen zijn!
• Gedurende de wedstrijddag worden de foto's uitsluitend aangeleverd via de Skills ad Stripes Scoring-app
• Indien er back-up foto's nodig zijn kan het team deze aanleveren binnen 1 uur na einde wedstrijd. Na de gestelde 60 minuten worden er geen foto´s meer in behandeling genomen.
• Digitale camera foto's kunnen als back-up direct na afloop van de wedstrijd aangeleverd worden bij de organisatie. Foto´s dienen voorzien te zijn van datum en tijd.
• Maximaal één Baars per foto op de meetplank.
• Foto's met Baarzen anders vastgehouden dan voorgeschreven worden uitgesloten van wedstrijdpunten.
• Foto's met dode en/of met bloed besmeurde baarzen worden uitgesloten van wedstrijdpunten.
• De baars mag uitsluitend van de linkerzijde gefotografeerd worden waarbij de baars uitsluitend d.m.v. de voorgeschreven methode op de meetplank wordt gehouden.
• Foto's worden gemaakt in horizontale (liggende) positie.
• Maximaal één foto per baars aanleveren.
• Er is geen maximaal aantal vangsten dat je kunt aanbieden in de Scoring-app. De Scoring-app zal zelf de 5 grootst aangeleverde vangsten selecteren welke zullen mee tellen voor het klassement en de rest vervalt automatisch.
• Ieder koppel draagt zelf zorg voor een back-up camera (lege SD kaart)/ smartphone voor de gehele wedstrijd.
• U kunt in totaal 5 back-up foto’s nemen/aanleveren. Deze foto's kunnen gemaakt worden met camera.
• De digitale foto’s dienen na afloop van de wedstrijd (binnen 1 uur) aangeleverd te worden bij de organisatie.
• De digitale camera foto's dienen voorzien te zijn van datum en tijd.
• Deelnemers dienen alle foto´s tot minimaal 2 uur na de wedstrijd te bewaren.

Meetplank en waterkaart

• Eén unieke meetplank en waterkaart wordt bij inschrijving per koppel verstrekt.
• U dient verplicht gebruik te maken van deze door de organisatie verstrekte meetplank.
• U betaalt € 100,- borg voor de meetplank en waterkaart en gps tracker.
• Na inlevering van de meetplank en waterkaart krijgt u het borg bedrag retour.

Disciplines:

• Er mag met maximaal één hengelper persoon gevist worden.
• Er is een schriftelijke ontheffing om meer dan 2 opgetuigde hengels per deelnemer voor handen te hebben.
• Er wordt uitsluitend met het door de organisatie vergeven kunstaas gevist tijdens de wedstrijd.
• Het is niet toegestaan om ander kunstaas dan het door de organisatie verstrekte kunstaas aan boord te hebben.
• Het is verboden om met meer dan één stuks kunstaas per hengel te vissen.
• Het is verboden om kunstaas te gebruiken anders dan aan een hengel.
• Meervoudige haaksystemen zoals: paternosters, haak constructies, etc. zijn niet toegestaan.
• De volgende manieren van vissen zijn toegestaan: werpend vissen met gebruik van elektromotor
• Het vissen met dode, levende of delen van aasvissen of andere vormen van natuurlijk aas zijn niet toegestaan tijdens de wedstrijd.
• Het is verboden om te trollen tijdens de wedstrijd ook is het gebruik van plannerboards niet toegestaan.
• Het is verboden om externe (vis)lijnen / haaksystemen te bevestigen aan de boot in het algemeen.
• Ook het gebruik van downriggers is niet toegestaan.

Wedstrijd gedragingen:

• Deelnemers houden zich ten alle tijden aan het reglement binnenvisserij.
• Eén koppel bestaat uit 2 deelnemers per boot.
• De wedstrijd wordt gevist op één dag 15-3-2025 (uitwijkdatum 22-3-2025).
• Voor aanvang van de wedstrijd verzamelen de koppels (met boot) zich bij de organisatie op de aangegeven tijd en locatie. Hier volgt een totale boot inspectie.
• Het is tijdens de wedstrijd verboden zich buiten het aangegeven parcours te begeven, bij een andere boot en/of de kant aan te leggen.
• Tijdens de wedstrijd is de minimale afstand tussen (vis) boten 100 meter.
• Er wordt uitsluitend gevist in het aangegeven parcours. (SAS waterkaart)
• Bij slechte weersvoorspellingen bepaalt de organisatie ter plekke een alternatief programma (uiterst geval annulering wedstrijddag).
• De organisatie kan voor of tijdens de wedstrijddag besluiten eerder te stoppen. De organisatie bepaalt dan of deze vistijd wordt ingehaald of niet.

Puntentelling:

• De punten worden verdiend als koppel/team.
• U dient 5 baarzen te vangen voor het eindklassement. De teams met "5 Baarzen" winnen altijd van teams die hun 5 baarzen niet compleet hebben ongeacht of de gevangen baarzen van die teams groter zijn.
• Wanneer je als team de 5 baarzen gevangen hebt ontvang je 1000 bonuspunten.
• De punten worden bepaald door de lengte van de baars. (1 punt per centimeter)
• De gevangen baarzen worden in milimeters bijgehouden
• De 5 grootste baarzen tellen voor het eindklassement.
• Vissen onder de minimum maat dienen direct & levend te worden teruggezet.
• Baars: minimum maat: 30 cm
• Het Skills and Stripes eindklassementsoverzicht zal altijd leidend zijn.

Ranking van de vissoorten:

• U dient minimaal 5 baarzen te vangen om in het klassement opgenomen te kunnen worden.
• Bij gelijke aantallen & centimeters tellen eerst de drie grootste baarzen, al volgens de 4de en opvolgend de 5de Baars.

Gedragingen, verboden en verplichtingen:

• Deelnemers die in het bezit zijn van een "snelle" visboot dienen in het bezit te zijn van een geldig vaarbewijs en minimaal 18 jaar oud te zijn.
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd in de gebieden te vissen die in strijd zijn met de Nederlandse wetgeving.(sluizen/bruggen/natuurgebieden)
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd (zonder overleg organisatie) van deelnemer en/of koppel te wisselen.
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd vissen te doden en/of mee te nemen.
• Het is verboden om zowel voor als tijdens de wedstrijd lok voederen / natuurlijke aassoorten te gebruiken (voeren) om de vis te lokken.
• Het is verboden om door derden lok voederen / natuurlijke aassoorten te laten gebruiken (voeren) om de vis te lokken naar stekken t.b.v. deelnemers.
• Het is verboden om voor & tijdens de wedstrijd vissen te bewaren middels stringers, visbunnen, bewaarzakken en/of leefnetten.
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd gebruik te maken van lip grippers.
• Het is verboden om tijdens de wedstrijd (en resterende dagen) afval in het water te deponeren.
• Per boot moet minimaal één kniptang en één onthaaktang aanwezig zijn.
• De deelnemende visboten dienen wettelijk gekeurd en uitgerust (boot registratie nummer) te zijn conform de wettelijke (Nederlandse) regelgeving. (Zie Binnenvaartpolitiereglement 2013)
• Het is verplicht om tijdens het staand varen/vissen een reddingsvest te dragen.
• Het is verboden om op het Haringvliet harder te varen dan de 20 kilometer per uur. De zuidkant van het Eiland Tiengemeenten heeft een snelheidsbeperking van 9 kilometer per uur.
• Het is verboden om zich tegen de vaarrichting van de scheepvaart te verplaatsen in de vaargeul. Er wordt dus enkel met de richting meegevaren binnen de vaargeul.
• Het is verboden om zich tijdens de wedstrijd binnen een bereik van 150 meter van lokale vissers, watersporters en / of derden te begeven.

Veiligheid:

• De deelnemende visboten dienen geschikt te zijn om in te kunnen varen/vissen op groot water.
• Iedere deelnemer dient in het bezit te zijn van een zwemdiploma.
• Per opvarende één zwemvest. Het is verplicht een zwemvest zichtbaar te dragen. Het niet dragen van een zwemvest leidt per direct tot diskwalificatie.
• Per boot minimaal één verbanddoos.
• Per boot minimaal één liter water.
• Per boot minimaal één set reserve kleding. (Overboord vallen)
• Per boot minimaal één gevulde reserve brandstoftank.
• Per boot minimaal één GSM. (Noodsituaties)
• Per boot een anker + touw. (Noodsituaties en/of kapotte motor)
• U dient in het bezit te zijn van het telefoonnummer hoofd organisatie.

• Verboden te ankeren in de vaargeul/ bevaarbare zones.(spotlock)

Bootcontrole:

• De organisatie houdt voorafgaand aan de wedstrijd een algehele boot controle.
  Na akkoord wordt de "unieke sticker" verstrekt.
• De organisatie houdt zich het recht voor om bovengenoemde verplichtingen en veiligheid aspecten continue en zonder beperkingen te controleren.
• Controleurs dragen de Skills and Stripes veiligheidshesje.

Aansprakelijkheid:

• Deelname aan Skills and Stripes geschiedt geheel op basis van eigen risico.
• U dient zich te allen tijde aan alle Nederlandse wettelijke regelgeving te houden.
  Dit geldt zowel voor, tijdens als na de wedstrijd.
• U dient zich te verzekeren voor verlies, diefstal, beschadiging van eigendommen, ongelukken, etc.
• Reeds gedane (aan)betalingen op facturen worden niet retour gegeven en dienen derhalve op een eventuele annuleringsverzekering verhaald te worden.

Medische hulp:

• U dient zich te verzekeren voor ziekte, medische hulp en ongevallen.
• Bij ongelukken en ziekte dient u zichzelf te melden bij een (lokale) arts.
• Bij nood belt u het internationale noodnummer: 112
• Voor kleine kwetsuren kunt u zich te allen tijde melden bij de organisatie.

Diskwalificatie:

• Bij niet naleven en/of opvolgen van de gestelde reglementen volgt automatisch diskwalificatie.
• Indien gevangen baars komt te overlijden, door aanwijsbare redenen van onzorgvuldig handelen door de deelnemers, volgt automatisch diskwalificatie.
• Het te hard varen in de zones op het Haringvliet leidt automatisch tot diskwalificaties.
  Hierop zal streng worden gehandhaafd.
• Deelnemers die te laat arriveren voor aanvang wedstrijd, krijgen binnen het eerste uur een penalty waarbij de eerst gevangen maatse baars komt te vervallen voor de puntentelling bij het later arriveren dan een uur geldt algehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het uitvallen voor of op de wedstrijddag van één deelnemer van het koppel (ziekte, etc) wordt het team uitgesloten van deelname wedstrijd.
• Bij moedwillig en onzorgvuldig handelend optreden bij de gevangen baarzen volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij wangedrag als vechtpartijen, hinderlijke dronkenschap, vernielingen, etc. volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie en uitsluiting van verdere deelname.
• Als deelnemende boten binnen een straal van 50 meter bij elkaar komen ontvangt de naderende boot een gele kaart, bij 2 gele kaarten wordt een team gediskwalificeerd.
• Bij het vissen met ander kunstaas dan het verkregen pakket van de organisatie volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het vissen met dode, levende of delen van aasvissen of andere vormen van natuurlijk aas volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het voeren van alle soorten lok voederen voor of tijdens de wedstrijd volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het vissen buiten het opgedragen parcours ontvangt het team een gele kaart en verliest zijn laatst gevangen baars, bij een tweede keer volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Bij het aan land gaan van deelnemer(s) volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Indien de organisatie in actie moet komen bij "noodgevallen" door eigenschuld van het koppel (lege brandstoftank, etc.) volgt automatisch gehele diskwalificatie.
• Diskwalificatie van deelnemers en/of koppels wordt uitsluitend bepaald door de organisatie.
• Indien u de reglementen denkt te moeten overtreden dient u te allen tijde de organisatie (mondeling c.q. telefonisch) op de hoogte te stellen, ter voorkomen van diskwalificatie.
• Er mag alleen worden afgeweken van de reglementen in samenspraak en/of in bijzijn van de organisatie.
• Een overtreding van de snelheidslimiet zal leiden tot directe diskwalificatie van het team.

Richtlijnen t.a.v. vergunningverlener Sportvisserij Zuidwest Nederland:

• Het wedstrijdparcours dient na afloop schoon te worden achtergelaten.
• Het wedstrijdparcours tijdig en duidelijk aangeven t.b.v. de "vrije vissers".
• Zorgvuldig omgaan met de gevangen vis.
• De organisatie waakt over overlast door derden.
• Aanwijzingen gegeven door de organisatie dienen onverwijld te worden opgevolgd.
• Aan het wedstrijdparcours mag geen afval worden achtergelaten.
• Het is verboden schade toe te brengen aan of rond het wedstrijdparcours.
• Bij niet naleven van bovengenoemde punten zal de deelnemer(s) worden uitgesloten van verdere deelname en de eventuele schade worden verhaald.
• Het officiële document (vergunning) met alle gedragingen en bepalingen ligt ter inzage bij de organisatie.

Voor akkoord:

• De organisatie van Skills and Stripes kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld bij disfunctioneren (software - internet) van uw mobile apparaat. Deelnemers zijn verplicht tot minimaal 2 uur na de laatste wedstrijddag alle wedstrijdfoto´s te bewaren om zodoende de organisatie de einduitslag handmatig - mondeling te kunnen laten bepalen.
• De deelnemer dient akkoord te gaan met al het gestelde in deze reglementen.
• Indien u deelneemt aan Skills and Stripes gaat uw automatisch akkoord met de reglementen.
• Bij uw inschrijving dient u te tekenen dat u akkoord gaat met de reglementen.
• Indien niet akkoord met de gestelde reglementen, volgt uitsluitsel van deelname aan Skills and Stripes.
• Deelnemers die moedwillig handelen in strijd met de reglementen en/of frauderen c.q. vals spelen worden uitgesloten voor alle (toekomstige) wedstrijden van Skills and Stripes.
• Door te erkennen, ondertekenen en akkoord te geven aan alle voorwaarden & reglementen kan de organisatie dus als zodanig niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld.

Rules and Schedule for Skills and Stripes 2025
(note any changes)

Participation:

• Skills and Stripes is a Catch and Release predator fishing competition held from a boat.
• Participants do not need to qualify to participate in this competition.
• All participants fish with the exact same equipment (lures) provided by the organization.

Course:

• The entire Haringvliet from dam to bridge and the Hollandsdiep from the bridge to the Sassenplaat (Moerdijk island) see the course map!

Headquarters:

• Eetcafé, Restaurant De Hoezemoos, Schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel
• Saturday 15-03-2025 is the day of the competition, the alternate date is a week later, 22-03-2025.

Program:

• 00 (from) register and receive tackle boxes, boat stickers, goody bag, measuring board, and GPS tracker
• Note: €100 deposit to be paid for tracker and measuring board. (cash)
• Before launching, the boat will be checked then launch and wait on the water until the control boats guide you to the start location.
• 30 - Start of the competition
• 00 - End of the competition
• After the competition, all teams go to De Hoezemoos Schaapsweg 15, 3258 AW Den Bommel
• At De Hoezemoos, return trackers and measuring board and get deposit back

CPR:

• The Skills and Stripes competition is based on Catch Picture R
• The team must catch the perch themselves.
• Then a team member must photograph the perch on the measuring board provided by the organization.
• After photographing, the predator fish must be immediately and alive released back.

Photographing and sending catch photos:

• Your phone must have the latest IOS or Android software update! The team captain's phone number must be known to the organization, and the captain's email address must be accessible on the phone!
• During the competition day, photos are only submitted via the Skills and Stripes Scoring app
• If backup photos are needed, the team can submit them within 1 hour after the end of the competition. After the set 60 minutes, no photos will be processed.
• Digital camera photos can be submitted as backup immediately after the competition. Photos must be dated and timed.
• A maximum of one perch per photo on the measuring board.
• Photos of perch held differently than prescribed are excluded from competition points.
• Photos of dead and/or blood-stained perch are excluded from competition points.
• The perch may only be photographed from the left side, using the prescribed method on the measuring board.
• Photos are taken in a horizontal (landscape) position.
• Submit a maximum of one photo per perch.
• There is no maximum number of catches you can submit in the Scoring app. The Scoring app will automatically select the 5 largest catches for the ranking, and the rest will automatically expire.
• Each pair is responsible for a backup camera (empty SD card)/smartphone for the entire competition.
• You can take/submit a total of 5 backup photos. These photos can be taken with a camera.
• Digital photos must be submitted to the organization within 1 hour after the competition.
• Digital camera photos must be dated and timed.
• Participants must keep all photos for at least 2 hours after the competition.

Measuring board and water map

• One unique measuring board and water map are provided per pair at registration.
• You are required to use this measuring board provided by the organization.
• You pay a €100 deposit for the measuring board and water map and GPS tracker.
• After returning the measuring board and water map, you will get the deposit back.

Disciplines:

• Only one rod per person may be used for fishing.
• There is a written exemption to have more than 2 rigged rods per participant.
• Fishing is only allowed with the lures provided by the organization during the competition.
• It is not allowed to have lures other than those provided by the organization on board.
• Fishing with more than one lure per rod is prohibited.
• Fishing with lures other than on a rod is prohibited.
• Multiple hook systems such as: paternosters, hook constructions, etc. are not allowed.
• The following fishing methods are allowed: casting with the use of an electric motor
• Fishing with dead, live, or parts of baitfish or other forms of natural bait is not allowed during the competition.
• Trolling during the competition is prohibited, and the use of planer boards is not allowed.
• It is prohibited to attach external (fishing) lines/hooks to the boat in general.
• The use of downriggers is also prohibited.

Competition behaviors:

• Participants always adhere to the inland fishing regulations.
• One pair consists of 2 participants per boat.
• The competition is fished on one day, 15-3-2025 (alternate date 22-3-2025).
• Before the competition, pairs (with boat) gather at the indicated time and location for a complete boat inspection.
• During the competition, it is forbidden to go outside the designated course, to approach another boat, or to land on shore.
• During the competition, the minimum distance between (fishing) boats is 100 meters.
• Fishing is only allowed within the designated course. (SAS water map)
• In case of poor weather forecasts, the organization will determine an alternative program on-site (in extreme cases, cancellation of the competition day).
• The organization can decide before or during the competition day to stop earlier. The organization will then determine whether this fishing time will be made up or not.

Scoring:

• Points are earned as a pair/team.
• You must catch 5 perch for the final ranking. Teams with "5 Perch" always win over teams that do not have their 5 perch complete, regardless of whether the caught perch of those teams are larger.
• When you catch the 5 perch as a team, you receive 1000 bonus points.
• Points are determined by the length of the perch. (1 point per centimeter)
• The caught perch are recorded in millimeters
• The 5 largest perch count for the final ranking.
• Fish under the minimum size must be released immediately and alive.
• Perch: minimum size: 30 cm
• The Skills and Stripes final ranking overview will always be leading.

Ranking of fish species:

• You must catch at least 5 perch to be included in the ranking.
• In case of equal numbers & centimeters, the three largest perch are counted first, followed by the 4th and subsequently the 5th perch.

Behaviors, prohibitions, and obligations:

• Participants with a "fast" fishing boat must have a valid boating license and be at least 18 years old.
• It is forbidden to fish in areas that are in conflict with Dutch legislation during the competition. (locks/bridges/nature reserves)
• It is forbidden to switch participants and/or pairs during the competition (without consultation with the organization).
• It is forbidden to kill and/or take fish during the competition.
• It is forbidden to use bait feed/natural bait types (feeding) to attract fish both before and during the competition.
• It is forbidden to have third parties use bait feed/natural bait types (feeding) to attract fish to spots for the participants.
• It is forbidden to store fish using stringers, live wells, storage bags, and/or nets before and during the competition.
• It is forbidden to use lip grippers during the competition.
• It is forbidden to deposit waste in the water during the competition (and remaining days).
• At least one pair of pliers and one unhooking pliers must be present on each boat.
• Participating fishing boats must be legally inspected and equipped (boat registration number) in accordance with Dutch regulations. (See Inland Navigation Police Regulations 2013)
• It is mandatory to wear a life jacket while standing/fishing. Failure to wear a life jacket leads to immediate disqualification.
• It is forbidden to sail faster than 20 kilometers per hour on the Haringvliet. The south side of the Tiengemeenten Island has a speed limit of 9 kilometers per hour.
• It is forbidden to move against the direction of shipping traffic in the fairway. Sailing is only allowed in the direction of traffic within the fairway.
• It is forbidden to approach local fishermen, water sports enthusiasts, and/or third parties within a range of 150 meters during the competition.

Safety:

• The participating fishing boats must be suitable for sailing/fishing on large water bodies.
• Each participant must have a swimming certificate.
• One life jacket per occupant. It is mandatory to wear a life jacket visibly. Not wearing a life jacket leads to immediate disqualification.
• At least one first aid kit per boat.
• At least one liter of water per boat.
• At least one set of spare clothing per boat. (Falling overboard)
• At least one filled spare fuel tank per boat.
• At least one GSM per boat. (Emergencies)
• One anchor + rope per boat. (Emergencies and/or broken motor)
• You must have the main organization’s phone number.

• Anchoring in the fairway/navigable zones is prohibited. (spotlock)

Boat inspection:

• The organization conducts a general boat inspection before the competition.
  After approval, the "unique sticker" is provided.
• The organization reserves the right to continuously and without restrictions monitor the above-mentioned obligations and safety aspects.
• Inspectors wear the Skills and Stripes safety vest.

Liability:

• Participation in Skills and Stripes is entirely at your own risk.
• You must comply with all Dutch legal regulations at all times.
  This applies before, during, and after the competition.
• You must insure yourself against loss, theft, damage to property, accidents, etc.
• Already made (advance) payments on invoices are not refundable and should therefore be claimed on any cancellation insurance.

Medical assistance:

• You must insure yourself against illness, medical assistance, and accidents.
• In case of accidents and illness, you must report to a (local) doctor.
• In an emergency, call the international emergency number: 112
• For minor injuries, you can always report to the organization.

Disqualification:

• Failure to comply with and/or follow the regulations will automatically result in disqualification.
• If caught perch dies due to demonstrable negligence by the participants, automatic disqualification follows.
• Sailing too fast in the zones on the Haringvliet automatically leads to disqualification.
  This will be strictly enforced.
• Participants arriving late for the start of the competition will receive a penalty within the first hour whereby the first caught qualifying perch will be void for the points. Arriving later than an hour results in overall disqualification.
• If one participant of the pair drops out before or on the competition day (illness, etc.), the team is excluded from participation in the competition.
• Willful and careless handling of caught perch automatically leads to complete disqualification.
• In cases of misconduct such as fighting, disruptive drunkenness, vandalism, etc., complete disqualification and exclusion from further participation will automatically follow.
• If participating boats come within a radius of 50 meters of each other, the approaching boat receives a yellow card, with 2 yellow cards leading to team disqualification.
• Fishing with lures other than the provided package by the organization results in automatic complete disqualification.
• Fishing with dead, live, or parts of baitfish or other forms of natural bait leads to automatic complete disqualification.
• Using any type of bait feed before or during the competition results in automatic complete disqualification.
• Fishing outside the designated course results in a yellow card and loss of the last caught perch. A second offense results in automatic complete disqualification.
• Landing on shore results in automatic complete disqualification.
• If the organization has to intervene in emergencies caused by the pair (empty fuel tank, etc.), automatic complete disqualification follows.
• Disqualification of participants and/or pairs is solely determined by the organization.
• If you think you need to violate the regulations, you must always inform the organization (orally or by phone) to prevent disqualification.
• Divergence from the regulations is only allowed in consultation and/or in the presence of the organization.
• A violation of the speed limit will lead to immediate disqualification of the team.

Guidelines regarding the permit holder Sportvisserij Zuidwest Nederland:

• The competition course must be left clean after completion.
• Clearly and timely indicate the competition course for the "free anglers".
• Handle caught fish with care.
• The organization ensures there is no disturbance by third parties.
• Instructions given by the organization must be followed immediately.
• No waste may be left at the competition course.
• It is forbidden to cause damage to or around the competition course.
• Failure to comply with the above points will result in the exclusion of the participant(s) from further participation and any damage will be claimed.
• The official document (permit) with all behaviors and provisions is available for inspection by the organization.

Agreement:

• The organization of Skills and Stripes cannot be held liable for malfunctioning (software - internet) of your mobile device. Participants are required to keep all competition photos for at least 2 hours after the last competition day so that the organization can manually - orally determine the final result.
• The participant must agree to all the conditions set out in these regulations.
• If you participate in Skills and Stripes, you automatically agree to the regulations.
• Upon registration, you must sign that you agree to the regulations.
• If you do not agree with the stated regulations, exclusion from participation in Skills and Stripes follows.
• Participants who deliberately act against the regulations and/or cheat are excluded from all (future) Skills and Stripes competitions.
• By acknowledging, signing, and agreeing to all terms & regulations, the organization cannot be held liable.

• Les photos doivent être soumises via l'application de score Skills and Stripes le jour de la compétition.
• Si des photos de sauvegarde sont nécessaires, l'équipe peut les soumettre dans l'heure suivant la fin de la compétition. Passé le délai de 60 minutes, aucune photo ne sera plus traitée.
• Les photos de caméra numérique peuvent être soumises comme sauvegarde immédiatement après la compétition. Les photos doivent être datées et horodatées.
• Une seule perche par photo sur la planche de mesure.
• Les photos de perches tenues différemment de ce qui est prescrit sont exclues des points de la compétition.
• Les photos de perches mortes et/ou ensanglantées sont exclues des points de la compétition.
• La perche ne peut être photographiée que du côté gauche, en utilisant la méthode prescrite sur la planche de mesure.
• Les photos doivent être prises en position horizontale (paysage).
• Soumettre une seule photo par perche.
• Il n'y a pas de nombre maximum de captures que vous pouvez soumettre dans l'application de score. L'application de score sélectionnera automatiquement les 5 plus grandes captures soumises qui seront prises en compte pour le classement, et le reste sera automatiquement expiré.
• Chaque paire est responsable de disposer d'une caméra de sauvegarde (carte SD vide)/smartphone pour toute la compétition.
• Vous pouvez prendre/soumettre un total de 5 photos de sauvegarde. Ces photos peuvent être prises avec une caméra.
• Les photos numériques doivent être soumises à l'organisation dans l'heure suivant la compétition.
• Les photos de caméra numérique doivent être datées et horodatées.
• Les participants doivent conserver toutes les photos pendant au moins 2 heures après la compétition.

Planche de mesure et carte nautique

• Une planche de mesure unique et une carte nautique sont fournies à l'inscription par paire.
• Vous êtes tenus d'utiliser cette planche de mesure fournie par l'organisation.
• Vous payez une caution de 100 € pour la planche de mesure, la carte nautique et le tracker GPS.
• Après la remise de la planche de mesure et de la carte nautique, vous récupérez la caution.

Disciplines :

• Une seule canne à pêche par personne est autorisée.
• Il existe une exemption écrite pour avoir plus de 2 cannes montées par participant.
• La pêche se fait uniquement avec les leurres fournis par l'organisation pendant la compétition.
• Il est interdit d'avoir d'autres leurres à bord que ceux fournis par l'organisation.
• Il est interdit de pêcher avec plus d'un leurre par canne.
• Il est interdit d'utiliser des leurres autrement qu'avec une canne.
• Les systèmes de crochets multiples tels que : paternosters, constructions de crochets, etc. ne sont pas autorisés.
• Les méthodes de pêche autorisées sont : la pêche à la traîne avec utilisation d'un moteur électrique
• La pêche avec des poissons-appâts morts, vivants ou des parties de poissons-appâts ou d'autres formes d'appâts naturels est interdite pendant la compétition.
• Il est interdit de pêcher à la traîne pendant la compétition, et l'utilisation de planches à dévier est interdite.
• Il est interdit de fixer des lignes (de pêche) / systèmes de crochets externes au bateau en général.
• L'utilisation de downriggers est également interdite.

Comportements en compétition :

• Les participants doivent toujours respecter les règlements de pêche en eaux intérieures.
• Une paire se compose de 2 participants par bateau.
• La compétition se pêche en un jour, le 15-3-2025 (date de remplacement le 22-3-2025).
• Avant la compétition, les paires (avec bateau) se réunissent à l'heure et au lieu indiqués pour une inspection complète du bateau.
• Pendant la compétition, il est interdit de sortir du parcours désigné, de s'approcher d'un autre bateau ou de débarquer.
• Pendant la compétition, la distance minimale entre les bateaux (de pêche) est de 100 mètres.
• La pêche se fait uniquement dans le parcours désigné. (carte nautique SAS)
• En cas de mauvaises prévisions météorologiques, l'organisation déterminera un programme alternatif sur place (en cas extrême, annulation de la journée de compétition).
• L'organisation peut décider avant ou pendant la journée de compétition d'arrêter plus tôt. L'organisation déterminera alors si ce temps de pêche sera rattrapé ou non.

Comptage des points :

• Les points sont gagnés en tant que paire/équipe.
• Vous devez attraper 5 perches pour le classement final. Les équipes avec "5 perches" gagnent toujours sur les équipes qui n'ont pas complété leurs 5 perches, quelle que soit la taille des perches attrapées par ces équipes.
• Lorsque vous attrapez les 5 perches en tant qu'équipe, vous recevez 1000 points bonus.
• Les points sont déterminés par la longueur de la perche. (1 point par centimètre)
• Les perches attrapées sont enregistrées en millimètres
• Les 5 plus grandes perches comptent pour le classement final.
• Les poissons sous la taille minimale doivent être immédiatement remis à l'eau vivants.
• Perche : taille minimale : 30 cm
• Le tableau de classement final Skills and Stripes sera toujours prioritaire.

Classement des espèces de poissons :

• Vous devez attraper au moins 5 perches pour être inclus dans le classement.
• En cas d'égalité de nombre et de centimètres, les trois plus grandes perches sont comptées en premier, suivies de la quatrième et de la cinquième perche.

Comportements, interdictions et obligations :

• Les participants possédant un bateau de pêche "rapide" doivent être en possession d'un permis de navigation valide et être âgés d'au moins 18 ans.
• Il est interdit de pêcher dans des zones contraires à la législation néerlandaise pendant la compétition. (écluses/ponts/réserves naturelles)
• Il est interdit de changer de participant et/ou de paire pendant la compétition (sans consultation avec l'organisation).
• Il est interdit de tuer et/ou d'emporter des poissons pendant la compétition.
• Il est interdit d'utiliser des amorces/appâts naturels (nourrissage) pour attirer les poissons avant et pendant la compétition.
• Il est interdit de faire utiliser des amorces/appâts naturels (nourrissage) par des tiers pour attirer les poissons vers les postes des participants.
• Il est interdit de conserver les poissons à l'aide de cordages, viviers, sacs de conservation et/ou filets avant et pendant la compétition.
• Il est interdit d'utiliser des pinces à lèvres pendant la compétition.
• Il est interdit de déposer des déchets dans l'eau pendant la compétition (et les jours restants).
• Chaque bateau doit disposer d'au moins une pince coupante et d'une pince à désangler.
• Les bateaux de pêche participants doivent être légalement inspectés et équipés (numéro d'enregistrement du bateau) conformément aux réglementations légales (néerlandaises). (Voir Règlement de police de la navigation intérieure 2013)
• Il est obligatoire de porter un gilet de sauvetage en se tenant debout/pêchant. Le non-port d'un gilet de sauvetage entraîne une disqualification immédiate.
• Il est interdit de naviguer à plus de 20 kilomètres par heure sur le Haringvliet. Le côté sud de l'île Tiengemeenten a une limitation de vitesse de 9 kilomètres par heure.
• Il est interdit de se déplacer à contre-courant de la circulation maritime dans le chenal navigable. La navigation se fait uniquement dans le sens de la circulation dans le chenal navigable.
• Il est interdit de s'approcher des pêcheurs locaux, des amateurs de sports nautiques et/ou des tiers à moins de 150 mètres pendant la compétition.

Sécurité :

• Les bateaux de pêche participants doivent être adaptés à la navigation/pêche en grande eau.
• Chaque participant doit être en possession d'un certificat de natation.
• Un gilet de sauvetage par occupant. Il est obligatoire de porter visiblement un gilet de sauvetage. Le non-port d'un gilet de sauvetage entraîne une disqualification immédiate.
• Chaque bateau doit avoir au moins une trousse de premiers secours.
• Chaque bateau doit avoir au moins un litre d'eau.
• Chaque bateau doit avoir au moins une tenue de rechange. (tomber par-dessus bord)
• Chaque bateau doit avoir au moins un réservoir de carburant de rechange rempli.
• Chaque bateau doit avoir au moins un téléphone portable. (situations d'urgence)
• Chaque bateau doit avoir une ancre + corde. (situations d'urgence et/ou moteur en panne)
• Vous devez être en possession du numéro de téléphone de l'organisation principale.

Contrôle des bateaux :

• L'organisation procède à une inspection générale des bateaux avant la compétition.
  Après approbation, l'"autocollant unique" est fourni.
• L'organisation se réserve le droit de surveiller continuellement et sans restrictions les obligations et aspects de sécurité mentionnés ci-dessus.
• Les inspecteurs portent le gilet de sécurité Skills and Stripes.

Responsabilité :

• La participation à Skills and Stripes se fait entièrement à vos propres risques.
• Vous devez toujours vous conformer à toutes les réglementations légales néerlandaises.
  Cela s'applique avant, pendant et après la compétition.
• Vous devez vous assurer contre la perte, le vol, les dommages matériels, les accidents, etc.
• Les paiements déjà effectués (acompte) sur les factures ne sont pas remboursables et doivent donc être réclamés sur une éventuelle assurance annulation.

Assistance médicale:

• Vous devez vous assurer contre la maladie, l'assistance médicale et les accidents.
• En cas d'accidents et de maladie, vous devez vous rendre chez un médecin (local).
• En cas d'urgence, appelez le numéro d'urgence international : 112
• Pour les blessures mineures, vous pouvez toujours contacter l'organisation.

Disqualification :

• Le non-respect et/ou la non-application des règlements entraîne automatiquement la disqualification.
• Si les perches attrapées meurent en raison d'une négligence démontrable des participants, la disqualification automatique s'ensuit.
• Une vitesse excessive dans les zones du Haringvliet entraîne automatiquement la disqualification.
  Ceci sera strictement appliqué.
• Les participants arrivant en retard au début de la compétition recevront une pénalité dans la première heure, le premier perche attrapée mesurée sera annulée pour le calcul des points. L'arrivée plus d'une heure plus tard entraîne la disqualification totale.
• Si un participant de la paire se retire avant ou le jour de la compétition (maladie, etc.), l'équipe est exclue de la participation à la compétition.
• Un comportement volontaire et négligent avec les perches attrapées entraîne automatiquement la disqualification totale.
• En cas de mauvaise conduite telle que bagarres, ivresse gênante, vandalisme, etc., la disqualification totale et l'exclusion de toute participation ultérieure s'ensuivent automatiquement.
• Si les bateaux participants se rapprochent à moins de 50 mètres les uns des autres, le bateau approchant reçoit un carton jaune, avec 2 cartons jaunes l'équipe est disqualifiée.
• Pêcher avec des leurres autres que le paquet fourni par l'organisation entraîne automatiquement la disqualification totale.
• Pêcher avec des poissons-appâts morts, vivants ou des parties de poissons-appâts ou d'autres formes d'appâts naturels entraîne automatiquement la disqualification totale.
• L'utilisation de tout type d'amorce avant ou pendant la compétition entraîne automatiquement la disqualification totale.
• Pêcher en dehors du parcours désigné entraîne un carton jaune et la perte de la dernière perche attrapée. Une deuxième infraction entraîne automatiquement la disqualification totale.
• Débarquer entraîne automatiquement la disqualification totale.
• Si l'organisation doit intervenir en cas d'urgence causée par la faute du couple (réservoir de carburant vide, etc.), la disqualification totale s'ensuit automatiquement.
• La disqualification des participants et/ou des paires est déterminée uniquement par l'organisation.
• Si vous pensez devoir enfreindre les règlements, vous devez toujours en informer l'organisation (oralement ou par téléphone) pour éviter la disqualification.
• Une dérogation aux règlements n'est autorisée qu'en consultation et/ou en présence de l'organisation.
• Une violation de la limite de vitesse entraîne la disqualification immédiate de l'équipe.

Lignes directrices concernant le détenteur du permis Sportvisserij Zuidwest Nederland :

• Le parcours de la compétition doit être laissé propre après l'événement.
• Le parcours de la compétition doit être clairement indiqué à l'avance pour les "pêcheurs libres".
• Manipuler les poissons attrapés avec soin.
• L'organisation veille à ce qu'il n'y ait pas de perturbations par des tiers.
• Les instructions données par l'organisation doivent être suivies immédiatement.
• Aucun déchet ne doit être laissé sur le parcours de la compétition.
• Il est interdit de causer des dommages au parcours de la compétition ou autour de celui-ci.
• En cas de non-respect des points ci-dessus, le participant est exclu de toute participation ultérieure et tout dommage éventuel sera réclamé.
• Le document officiel (permis) avec tous les comportements et dispositions est disponible pour consultation auprès de l'organisation.

Accord :

• L'organisation de Skills and Stripes ne peut être tenue responsable en cas de dysfonctionnement (logiciel - internet) de votre appareil mobile. Les participants sont tenus de conserver toutes les photos de la compétition pendant au moins 2 heures après la dernière journée de compétition afin que l'organisation puisse déterminer manuellement - oralement le résultat final.
• Le participant doit accepter toutes les conditions énoncées dans ce règlement.
• Si vous participez à Skills and Stripes, vous acceptez automatiquement le règlement.
• Lors de votre inscription, vous devez signer que vous acceptez le règlement.
• Si vous n'acceptez pas les règlements énoncés, vous serez exclu de la participation à Skills and Stripes.
• Les participants qui agissent délibérément contre le règlement et/ou trichent sont exclus de toutes les compétitions (futures) de Skills and Stripes.
• En reconnaissant, signant et acceptant toutes les conditions et règlements, l'organisation ne peut être tenue responsable.
